Return Process

  Log into your Xteink X4 account and navigate to your order history to select the item you wish to return and generate a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare Package

  Carefully pack the electronic device in its original box with all included accessories, manuals, and cables to ensure the full refund value is maintained.

  Affix Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of your package, ensuring any previous shipping labels are covered.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technical team verifies the device's condition at our warehouse, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
